We pride ourselves on our integrated team approach to project management and irrespective of the extent of the service we are providing, we always put our clients’ needs first. We believe all parties should have a common goal of completing the project on time, on budget, and to the required standard.
To achieve this our company is controlled on a day-to-day basis by its senior management team of Andrew Marshall, Richard Gibb, and Owen Rees. Every project comes under the direct control of a company director who assumes full responsibility for the setting up of the contract, administration, attending site meetings, discussing and agreeing methodology and resources required with the contract foreman or site manager.
Our talented team of contract managers and quantity surveyors are based in offices at 7 Vulcan Place, Sockburn, Christchurch.
