Acclipse & Ensigne Building
Date of Completion April 2013 | Duration 28 weeks | Contract Value $2.75m
Scope and Scale
Design and build solution for computer software and hardware companies. Because of budget constraints, the exterior ‘box’ solution was sacrificed to allow attention to interior finishes. Largely of precast construction the 2-level, 1,300m2 building is one of the last to be constructed in the popular Russley Technology Park. The building’s orientation allows open views of the Russley golf course to be enjoyed from staff and board rooms. A large central skylight is installed allowing natural light to stream into common and stairwell space. HRS managed all services subcontractors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing etc) To support the nature of the business back-up generators were installed as part of the services scope.

- Design team, with HRS’s input, produced uncomplicated building solution in response to budget constraints.
