Collectively the directors of HRS Construction have a vast amount of experience in multi-storey construction. In the 1980s we were involved in managing the construction of Forsyth Barr House, Caldron Towers and ANZ in Cathedral Square. In the 1990s we worked on the DSW Sydenham building, ASB Armagh Street, the Farmers carpark on Worcester Street, and the Oxford Clinic.
All these projects were completed on a design / build or negotiated basis. This method of procurement gives the client full use of our collective knowledge. We join the design team to provide cost engineering and practical construction methodology information and to advise on the best structural system for the project.
Our knowledge of temporary works and plant requirements provides our clients with a total multi-storey construction solution.
