Performance
Both the client (Westpac) and landlord project manager (Cequent) were Auckland based requiring extra vigilance in remote communication – however regular site meetings brought all parties together for productive and insightful progress.
The project was staged (separable portions) to allow a floor to remain operational (and uninterrupted) during construction and decanting of operations on completion of each stage.
HRS was required to manage noisy works to reduce disruption and impact on the operational floor.
Client work (IT, data, FF&E, security, ATM, signage) was concurrent with the main build requiring effective coordination and cooperation with separate contractors.
HRS carpentry gang carried out demolition/strip out, HVAC builders work and fitout works.
Programme: Achieved very tight programme, (targeted programme was 6 months)
Health & Safety: Nil serious harm or lost time incidents
Budget: Achieved including approved variations.
