Management Systems

Our Management System is ISO9001 certified.

Head office functions and site responsibilities are co-ordinated through appropriate and effective management manuals and site plans (quality, environmental, health and safety). Our programme and planning schedules ensure safety, promote productivity and quality outputs, and minimise disruption to existing facilities and operations when construction in operational environments.   We actively use web-based Construction Administration Tool – CAT. This system provides the necessary platforms to maintain project records and communications and provides information to verify financial, physical works and health and safety compliance.

The responsibility of quality is shared by all staff and management and is adopted as an integral part of everyday work To achieve and maintain a level of quality specified for projects, HRS accepts responsibility and undertakes  the necessary inspections to ensure work is ‘right first time’ and reduce end-of-construction defects. We submit quality records where applicable to verify conformance to specified material and workmanship.

Health and safety management, implementation and promotion take priority on our construction sites.  HRS management takes all practicable steps to ensure it provides a safe work place, safe equipment and the correct use of plant, equipment and handling of materials.  Our procedures capture the necessary management for site inductions, training and supervision, site hazard identification, control and notification, event reporting, emergency preparedness, employee participation and the provision of personal protective equipment.

We engage an independent Health and Safety Consultant to monitor our performance along with providing in house training and advice.

Our company has been audited by ACC which has resulted in HRS Construction Limited being awarded tertiary level safety management practices.

We are Site Safe Members.
